A dedicated public institution of government established on the 1st of August, 2025 by the act of the law of Nasarawa State House of Assembly which was assented by His Excellency, Engr. Abudulahi A. Sule, Executive Governor of Nasarawa State to drive sustainable funding for general development of education sector across all nook and crannies of Nasarawa State. The Fund is committed to strengthening the educational sector by mobilizing and efficiently managing resources to support infrastructural development, capacity building, research, innovation, and access to quality education at all levels.
The Nasarawa State Education Trust Fund (NASETFUND) aimed at providing interventions in the education sector particularly at primary, secondary and Tertiary Institutions. The administrative Head of the Fund is the Executive Secretary, Abubakar Idris Adamu and the Board Chairman is Elder Timothy Anjide and the Executive Secretary is also a Secretary to the Board.
