Responsible for managing the organization’s workforce and ensuring effective administration of personnel matters.
Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment, selection, posting, promotion, and deployment of staff
2. Staff training, capacity building, and career development
3. Management of staff records, welfare, discipline, and performance appraisal
4. Development and implementation of human resource policies and procedures
5. Payroll coordination, leave administration, and retirement processes
6. Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations
7. Advising management on manpower planning and organizational structure
